The 3rd Forum on the Integration of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization and the Observation Activity of Digital Twin Factories Were Successfully Held

On August 6-7, 2024, the on-site observation activity of the digital twin factory jointly organized by the Construction Industry Modernization Professional Committee of the Chinese Architectural Society and Hebei University of Technology was successfully held in Dalian!

This event has more than 50 relevant experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives participated. During the visit, everyone gained a deep understanding of the factory's digital twin models, laser projection systems, intelligent rebar distributing equipment, combinated wire mesh welding production line and other intelligent devices, as well as Hebei University of Technology's self-developed full production MES system, Tianjin Yinfeng's Stepless Wire Mesh Welding Production Line, and Lattice Girder and Wire Mesh Combinated Welding Production Line.

During the event, the delegation visited intelligent equipment such as Stepless Wire Mesh Welding Machine, and Lattice Girder and Wire Mesh Combinated Welding Production Line.

The spacing between longitudinal bars of prefabricated wire meshes in China is not a multiple of 50 millimeters. Several European and American companies produce stepless wire mesh welding machines, which cost over 10 million yuan per unit, but cannot achieve stepless automatic adjustment of longitudinal rebar spacing in production. The stepless wire mesh welding machine developed by Tianjin Yinfeng Company has filled the world gap and solved the backward problem of manual binding in the production of prefabricated wire meshes in China. The Intelligent Combinated Welding Production Line consists of a Lattice Girder Welding Production Line, a Stepless Wire Mesh Welding Production Line, and a Combinated Welding Production Line. This production line breaks the traditional welding method, allowing for custom adjustment of the spacing between the longitudinal rebars of the wire mesh without being constrained by multiples of 50. It can process various specifications of wire mesh, with high automation, efficient construction, labor and material savings, and can effectively improve engineering efficiency and quality.

This observation activity not only showcased the latest achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing, but also provided visitors with opportunities and channels to gain a deeper understanding and experience of intelligent manufacturing technology.
